With remote leadership on the rise, Quickly Hire aims to be the go-to talent acquisition resource for startup founders and small business leaders. To build authority, we started a webinar series called Remote Leadership Unleashed, hosted by Quickly Hire COO, Emily Hunkler, to give viewers hiring and communication tips. To maximise exposure, I used responses from the series to create short video content for our social media channels.

Creative process
By reaching out to startup founders in our network, we scripted a Q&A webinar that would give other remote leaders free professional development opportunities. We promoted the live events on social media. For post-production, we took select responses and used transcription and editing software to create short video content for mobile devices. Further repurposing took place by combining similar answers into long-form, landscape content.
Content is repurposed further into quote cards for social media and email outreach.
In six months, we have seen a marked increase in followers, engagements, reposts, comments, and referrals to our YouTube channel and website.
