The goal was to gain a clearer understanding of WiFi Tribe members' underlying motivations for joining to engage prospective candidates through full-funnel marketing strategies

02 — Creative process

By collecting membership request forms, application data and post-chapter reviews, I coded this data into 10 themes that best represented our ecosystem. From here I was able to give marketing recommendations and strategy guidance.

03 — Results

Thematic research is a laborious process but it allows founders and management to understand scientifically and without ambiguity what their current clients think and how you can attract them with content that speaks to their exact needs. This research paved the way for increased chapter sales, enhanced LTV of current members, and improved content creation on social media and ads platforms.
