Nancy is a master coach and Shadow Work expert with a yearly high-ticket launch. When her marketing manager left unexpectedly, she needed help with her content marketing strategy quickly.

Nancy has a significant following on Instagram. I sought to maximize her engagement by setting up ManyChat Funnels that started conversations with her audience via trigger words.

02 — Creative process

Managing a graphic designer and collaborating with Nancy, I created graphics, short video content, repurposed podcasts, and built newsletters and chat funnels that mirrored her down-to-earth style and authority in the coaching space.

With a more conversational style and a more targeted approach on YT, TikTok, and Instagram, her engagement on these channels has shot up by a factor of five.

03 — Results

After the launch, I stayed on Nancy's team to improve her SEO. She was concerned that only 2% of her total traffic was from organic sources. In just a few months, that number has grown to 10%. On top of that, her site health has improved, leading to a 50% drop in bounce rate and a 42% increase in time on page.
